    Return Policy:

    For most items, our return policy window is 30 days after delivery. After receiving your shipped item, you must request a return RMA number, items returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, documentation and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we allow the buyer to keep or discard the item, we will issue a refund without waiting for the product to arrive. If the buyer returns the item to us damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which we shipped it, we have the option to issue a partial refund or deduct for a restocking fee.

    Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees: Restocking fees ranged from 20% to 80% depend on the condition of the box or packaging and the product inside the box and whether the seal is broken. If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If we described and listed the item accurately, but the buyer simply no longer wants it or made an ordering mistake (for example, selected the wrong size or color), we may refund the item price but not refund the shipping costs. To start a return you can contact us, If your return is accepted, it will be your responsibility ship it to us, or we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
