    For most items, our return policy window is 30 days after delivery. After receiving your shipped item, you must request a return RMA number, items returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, documentation and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we allow the buyer to keep or discard the item, we will issue a refund without waiting for the product to arrive. If the buyer returns the item to us damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which we shipped it, we have the option to issue a partial refund or deduct for a restocking fee.

    Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees: Restocking fees ranged from 20% to 80% depend on the condition of the box or packaging and the product inside the box and whether the seal is broken.
